A key reason for my success is my ability to identify process improvement opportunities. For example, at Infosys, I boosted sales performance by equipping Apple’s CRM team with analytical reports that enhanced visibility into customer experience. Similarly, I built a dashboard using Tableau to track user behavior.

Another reason for my success is the adoption of Agile methodologies. During my time at Infosys, for instance, I faced a one-month delay in a project’s initial stages. This was due to the team’s unfamiliarity with a BI tool. Therefore, I focused efforts on team training and adopted agile sprint planning to expedite testing processes.
