Born and raised in Paris, France, Oliver earned a degree in Construction Engineering before moving to the U.S. at 28 to chase his dreams and new opportunities in real estate.
He spent the next decade working on everything from new home construction and ADU projects to small apartment investments—learning the ins and outs of what really makes a property valuable.
Then, after years of helping local homeowners sell their properties off-market for cash, Oliver founded Oliver Davis Realty, a full service real estate company, with one goal in mind: to make the buying and selling process simple and transparent for everyday homeowners. His background in construction and investing helps him see opportunities others might miss—so whether you’re buying your first home or selling to move on to your next chapter, he knows how to help you get the best results.
Today, as part of eXp Realty and Team Fast, Oliver continues to serve Bay Area families with integrity, expertise, and a genuine passion for helping people reach their life goals and build long-term wealth through homeownership and property investments.
Oliver lives in Berkeley with his wife and 2 young kids. He loves cycling in Tilden and relaxing in his hot tub.
