Oliver Davis is a Berkeley-based Realtor® with eXp Realty and Team Fast, as well as a real estate investor and developer with a background in construction engineering. He serves buyers and sellers in Berkeley, Oakland, Albany, Piedmont, Kensington, and El Cerrito, with a particular focus on the Ocean View neighborhood of Northwest Berkeley. Born and raised in Paris, France, Oliver is fluent in French and English and specializes in helping French and French-speaking clients navigate Bay Area real estate. Oliver earned a degree in Construction Engineering before moving to the United States at 28. Over the following decade, he worked across new home construction, ADU projects, renovations, and apartment investments, developing a firsthand understanding of what creates value in a property. In Northwest Berkeley, particularly the Ocean View neighborhood, Oliver publishes regular market reports for local homeowners and closely follows neighborhood sales, inventory, and market conditions.
